I am heading into my 4th season of Jr.A hockey where I have played in both US & Canada and I don’t think I have met a trainer who has been so fun while helping me develop my On-Ice skills feel he really increased my stick handling quickness while moving at a fast pace tempo.

The level of intensity UHS brings is so fun on the ice that it brings your best efforts out of you naturally. Justyn is funny and high energy on the ice so it’s always been a great skate with him every summer coming home to train.

My son just turned 10 and loves UHS clinics! He participates in power skating, has done some semi private lessons as well as March Break and Christmas clinics! He loves them all! As a parent I value opportunities that promote skill development, hard work, dedication and responsibility to name a few. For my 7 year old son these are areas furthest from his mind, he is just a kid out there having fun playing a game he loves. "I've been coming out to UHS for the past several years now and it has helped my game out tremendously and has brought my skills to the next level. The drills allow you to have more control over the puck in tight situations, as well as being able to shoot pucks in uncomfortable positions to increase your chance of scoring goals. He helps you make those quick couple moves to get a defender to crossover and pivot so you can get around them, and to develop you're foot skills to help in all situations throughout the game. The drills UHS puts his guys through are creative and help you in all aspects of the game. If you want to raise the level of your game I suggest you come out to UHS!"

I started working with UHS after my first year in Europe. He really helped me with improving my movement and control on the puck. He also made adjustments in my stride to improve the efficiency. He has an incredible understanding of the game, and how to train for specific situations. He communicates the information so well with video breakdowns or his ability to demonstrate the drills. He is approachable and really does care about your improvement.

I would recommend UHS to anyone that wants to make improvements in their game!
