By accessing or using the Ultimate Hockey Skills website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without prior written permission.
We do not collect payment card information directly on this website.
3. TRAINING PROGRAMS & BOOKINGS
Information on this Site about programs, availability, pricing, and scheduling is subject to
change without notice. Submitting a contact or booking form does not constitute a confirmed
reservation. All training sessions are confirmed only through direct communication from
Ultimate Hockey Skills.
Participants in any training program do so at their own risk. Ultimate Hockey Skills strongly
recommends that all athletes obtain appropriate sports insurance and have a current medical
clearance before participating in on-ice training.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies are communicated directly to clients at the time of booking. Ultimate Hockey Skills reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to ice availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide a credit.
S. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, program descriptions, and training methodologies — is the property of Ultimate Hockey Skills and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ultimate Hockey Skills makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Site for any purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Hockey Skills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or participation in any training program. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
